To improve usability and application efficiency,
Billboard Live TAIPEI has integrated the refund request process
into “Member Page → Order Confirmation → Order Details.”

If you wish to request a refund, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Billboard Live TAIPEI member account on the official website

2. Go to the “Member Page”

3. Select “Order Confirmation”

4. Choose the order for which you wish to request a refund

5. Click “Refund Request” on the order details page and follow the instructions to complete the request

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed in accordance with the Billboard Live TAIPEI Refund and Exchange Policy.
