When requesting a refund, please follow the steps below. Before applying, kindly review “Billboard Live TAIPEI Ticket Exchange and Refund Policy.”

1. How to Apply

Please email ticket@billboardlivetaipei.tw or submit a request through the Contact page on our website.
Your email/form should include several of the following details:

• Event name
• Seat name
• Purchaser’s full name
• Order number
• Email address used at purchase

2. Refund Processing

• Once we verify your request, we will process the refund through our payment system.
• A confirmation email will be automatically sent once the refund process is completed.

3. Refund Timeline

• Refunds are handled via SHOPLINE Payments and will be returned within 2–4 weeks to your credit card or the original payment method used.
• The actual posting date depends on your bank or card issuer’s processing schedule.

4. Notes

• Once the refund is completed, the original ticket becomes invalid and the seat will be released for resale.
• If your refund does not appear within the expected timeframe, please contact us at ticket@billboardlivetaipei.tw. We will check with the payment platform and update you accordingly.
