To provide an inclusive and accessible live music experience, Billboard Live TAIPEI offers Disability Discount Tickets. Please review the following information carefully before purchasing.

1. Eligibility

This discount is available only to holders of a valid Disability Identification Certificate issued by the Taiwan government.
If the certificate specifies that a companion is allowed, one companion is also eligible for the discount.

2. Discount Details

Disability Discount Tickets are offered at 50% off the regular ticket price.
This discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.

3. Purchase Method

Please select the “Disability Discount” ticket type when purchasing through the official Billboard Live TAIPEI ticketing system.
The name entered during purchase must match the name on the disability certificate.
As this is a special discounted ticket, changes, transfers, or refunds are not permitted after purchase.

4. Entry Verification

Upon entry, guests must present:

• The original disability certificate
• A valid photo ID matching the purchase information

If valid documentation cannot be presented, guests must pay the price difference on-site to gain entry.

5. Important Notes

Disability Discount Tickets are strictly for eligible holders and approved companions only, and may not be transferred or resold.
If eligibility requirements are not met, the discount may be revoked.
