

Ticketing
- All tickets are issued as electronic tickets (QR Code). Paper tickets are not available.
- A free Billboard Live TAIPEI membership registration is required before purchasing tickets.
- Registration times and procedures will be announced on the official website and social media platforms.
- Each member account may purchase up to 5 tickets.
- Seats will only be reserved once payment has been completed.
- Do not close your browser while payment is in progress.
- Clicking the “Back” button will cancel your order, and you will need to restart the process.
- Email addresses cannot be changed; phone numbers can be updated in the member area.
Pricing and Invoice
- Ticket prices include admission only and do not cover food or beverages.
- Invoices (Uniform Invoice) will be provided at the venue reception on the day of the event.
- For urgent requests, please contact ticket@billboardlivetaipei.tw.
- Any changes to invoice policies will be announced separately.
- For ticket cancellation, please submit a request via the Contact page.
- Box seats are sold only as a complete package and cannot be purchased individually.
- No minimum consumption is required at the venue.
Venue Services and Audience Etiquette
- A full selection of food and beverages is available at the venue. Outside food and drinks (including bottled water) are prohibited.
- Food and beverage service is available both before and during the performance.
- Performance durations vary and are not fixed; please refer to on-site announcements.
- Children under 6 years old (pre-elementary school age) are not admitted. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Please maintain proper etiquette during performances. Avoid disturbing other guests and refrain from unnecessary movement.
- In case of emergency, please follow staff instructions.
- The entire venue is a non-smoking environment.
Photography and Recording
- Recording, filming, and live streaming are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
- Professional photography equipment or large luggage is not permitted without prior approval.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Changes, cancellations, or refunds after purchase must follow the Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy announced on the official website.
- Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted through the Contact page.
- In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, epidemics), the organizer reserves the right to adjust, postpone, or cancel performances.
Other
- Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.
- The organizer reserves the right of final interpretation.
Billboard Live TAIPEI Ticket Purchase Process
Step 1: Select Event, Session, and Ticket Type
- From the Home or Concerts page, choose the desired event and click Purchase Now to enter the ticketing page.
- Select the performance date and time.
- Choose your ticket type.
※System loading may take some time.
- Please carefully review the event introduction, details, and notices before purchasing.
Step 2: Member Login
- Ticket purchase requires Billboard Live TAIPEI membership registration/login.
- Only members may purchase tickets.
- If you are not yet registered, please complete the registration process first.
※After registration, you may need to re-enter the ticketing page.
- For details regarding membership registration and login, please refer to the Member Area.
Step 3: Enter Buyer Information
- Confirm the buyer’s full name (matching ID), email address, and phone number.
- The name will be automatically filled based on the membership registration and cannot be changed.
- The email address cannot be changed.
- Phone numbers may be updated in the member area.
- The buyer’s name is essential for order verification, and all accompanying guests should be aware of it.
Step 4: Seat Selection
- Based on the ticket type chosen in Step 1, select seats from the seating chart.
- If another user selects the same seat simultaneously, the seat may not be successfully reserved.
- Choose seats individually according to the number of tickets purchased.
- A maximum of 5 tickets per order can be purchased.
- Seat availability updates in real time according to the system display.
- Seats are not reserved until you click “Confirm.”
- After selection, click Next. Please note that system processing may take time.
Step 5: Confirm Order Details and Special Requests
- Verify order details (buyer information, session, seats, total amount).
- If applicable, indicate food allergies (for reference) or wheelchair needs.
- Billboard Live TAIPEI will make every effort to provide assistance based on the information provided.
- If modifications are needed after the order is placed, please contact us via email.
- Clicking “Back” will cancel the order and require restarting the process.
Step 6: Confirm Ticket Details / Enter Invoice Information
- Double-check the ticket type, seat numbers, buyer information, quantity, and total amount.
- In accordance with Taiwan’s Uniform Invoice System, company title and tax ID number may be entered.
- Invoices will be provided at the venue reception on the event day.
- For urgent requests, please contact ticket@billboardlivetaipei.tw.
- Changes in invoice policy will be announced separately.
- This field may be left blank without affecting the purchase.
- For corrections or inquiries, please contact ticket@billboardlivetaipei.tw.
Step 7: Payment [via Shopline Payments]
- Follow the system instructions to complete payment within the specified time.
- Once the order is placed, changes, cancellations, or refunds will be handled according to the Billboard Live TAIPEI Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy.
- Seats are not reserved until payment is completed. Orders not paid within the deadline will be automatically cancelled.
- Supported payment methods (via Shopline Payments):
- Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB)
- Apple Pay
- Once the payment method is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
- If you do not agree to the terms, payment cannot be completed.
- ⚠️ Do not close your browser during payment.
Step 8: Order Completion
- After payment is completed, a purchase confirmation message will be displayed, marking the order as complete.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
- The QR Code serves as your admission ticket:
- Please save it securely and back it up (e.g., screenshot).
- It may be shared with accompanying guests if necessary.
- After purchase, the system will display and send an email containing the QR Code, which will serve as proof of admission.
