Billboard Live TAIPEI Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy

This policy is established in accordance with the Ministry of Culture’s announcement (No. 10710128232, May 16, 2018) regarding the “Mandatory and Prohibited Clauses in Standardized Contracts for Arts and Cultural Performance Tickets,” Section 6: Refund and Exchange Mechanisms. Billboard Live TAIPEI adopts Plan 2. This policy applies to all events organized and sold by Billboard Live TAIPEI. Refund and exchange rules are as follows:

Refund Policy

• Ticket refunds can be requested within 3 days of purchase, with a handling fee of 5% of the ticket face value.
• No refunds will be accepted after 3 days from the date of purchase.
• Package tickets must be refunded in full as a set; partial refunds are not permitted.
• Refunds for postponed or canceled events will follow the organizer’s announcements.
• Once a refund request has been processed, the ticket immediately becomes invalid and cannot be reinstated.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are treated as refunds; direct ticket exchanges are not provided.
• To change seats or performance dates, please request a refund first and then repurchase.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the refund request is received.
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method (e.g., credit card purchases will be refunded through the card issuer; ATM transfers will be refunded via bank transfer).
• Platform service fees, ticketing fees, transfer fees, and postage are non-refundable and must be borne by the purchaser.

Notes

• Refund applications must be submitted within the specified deadline; late requests will not be accepted.
• In case of any changes, the official Billboard Live TAIPEI website announcement shall prevail.
