Refund Process
- Processing takes approximately 7 business days. Once completed, a notification email will be sent automatically.
- Refunds will be credited to the original credit card account used for payment, in accordance with the payment gateway’s procedures.
- The credit may take 2–4 weeks to appear, depending on your card issuer’s processing time.
