Welcome to the membership services of the Billboard Live TAIPEI platform (the “Platform”), operated and maintained by Credo Entertainment Taiwan Co., Ltd. (the “Company”). Depending on your country/region of location or residence, some or all functions of the Platform may be unavailable to you. By registering for, logging in to, or using any membership services provided by the Platform (including but not limited to ticket purchases, newsletter subscriptions, and event notifications, collectively the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are a minor, you must obtain the prior consent of your legal representative before using the Services. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms (including any subsequent amendments), do not use or continue to use the Services.
1. Member Registration and Use
1.You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (including but not limited to name, email address, and contact details) to complete registration; if any information you previously provided changes, you must update it promptly.
2.Your member account is for your personal use only. Keep your login credentials secure and do not provide your account, password, or other login information to others. If any unauthorized or abnormal use occurs, please notify the Platform immediately and consider taking appropriate legal action to protect your rights. If any loss is caused to you or a third party due to your provision of account/password to others or other intentional or negligent acts, the Company bears no liability. When necessary, the Company may request relevant personal information and has the right to manage the usage rights of the disputed account.
3.After registering your member account and password, please log in with such account and password to use the Services. You are responsible for all actions taken via the account and password on the Platform or the Services.
4.If you log in via third-party accounts such as Google, LINE, Facebook, or Apple ID, you agree that the Company may, based on your authorization, obtain necessary identifiers (e.g., name, email address, public avatar) for the purposes of login and account linking.
5.If the Company discovers that you provided false, non-self, outdated, or misleading information; registered duplicate accounts; or engaged in other illegal/improper acts or acts suspected to be illegal, the Company may, without notice, suspend or cancel your membership at any time and may, without notice, suspend or terminate your right to use the Services at any time. The Company and the Platform shall not be liable for any damages arising from such suspension or termination.
6.When using the Services, you must provide correct and detailed information. If the information you provide is incorrect or inconsistent with the facts and this results in the Company being unable to contact you, unable to provide the Services to you, your inability to use the Services smoothly, or damage to the rights of a third party, you shall bear the relevant legal and/or compensation liability.
7.If you purchase tickets for others or as part of a group purchase, you must obtain the consent of those for whom you are purchasing. When purchasing on behalf of others, do not collect personal data beyond what is necessary for ticketing, and do not continue to use such data after the transaction is completed.
8.You agree that all content you use on the Platform or the Services constitutes an electronic document as your formal manifestation of intent. When you click “agree,” “confirm,” or similar buttons on service/function pages, it is deemed your official expression of intent as a member.
9.If you use the Services or the Platform to infringe any person’s rights, the Platform or the Company may, without notice, suspend or terminate your right to use the Platform and the Services. Acts constituting infringement include but are not limited to:
- Transmitting or publishing inappropriate or crime-inducing information, including but not limited to providing pirated software, illegal files (download links), trading prohibited items such as firearms, drugs, or medicines, sex trade, or other false/improper information and prank content.
- Any acts prohibited by the Development of the Cultural and Creative Industries Act (Taiwan), including but not limited to reselling tickets sold by the Platform at prices exceeding face value or list price, or using false information or other improper means via computers or related devices to purchase tickets sold by the Platform.
- Disclosing a party’s personal data without consent (including but not limited to real name, phone number, address), or privacy information (e.g., diaries, letters, personal photos).
- Infringing others’ reputation, credit, privacy, trade secrets, trademark rights, copyrights, patent rights, other intellectual property rights, or other rights.
- Using the Services by impersonating another person or using another’s information.
- Transmitting, creating, or disseminating computer viruses or other programs/acts that hinder computer use or that block/interfere with the operation of the Services or users’ use of the Services.
- Committing fraud or other acts infringing the property rights of the Platform or third parties.
- Other acts that the Platform has legitimate reasons to deem inappropriate, disruptive to the Services’ operation, or seriously harmful to users’ and the Platform’s interests.
2. Ticketing and Transaction Rules
1.The Platform provides event ticket information and online ticketing. Ticket sales are subject to the Organizer’s announcements.
2.Before purchasing, please read the purchase notes, refund policy, and seating information for each event.
3.Except where refunds are permitted by law or by the Organizer’s rules, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted after purchase.
4.If an event changes or is canceled, the Platform will assist with refunds or ticket exchanges in accordance with the Organizer’s instructions.
5.When, following the Platform’s purchase steps, the transaction status displays the “Order Confirmed” screen, your order is established. You may not cancel the order for any reason and may only proceed pursuant to the refund policy.
6.Please follow the Platform’s purchase procedures. If, due to erroneous entry or concealment of facts, the order fails, ticket pickup or admission is impossible, or refunds cannot be processed, you are solely responsible; the Company and the Platform bear no liability.
7.Payment and Confirmation
- Please verify your order details before payment. The ticket purchaser and the payer must be the same person. If they differ, in the event of a dispute, the purchaser will be deemed the actual buyer.
- During the sales period, if tickets are sold out, the Company may terminate sales for that performance at any time. If tickets are later released due to refunds or the Organizer adds performances or seats, the Company may restart sales without separate notice.
- To purchase special discount tickets, please follow the system instructions. The total shown in the order list is the total amount payable for that purchase. Unless otherwise provided by the Company, no additional discounts apply after payment is completed.
- If you pay by credit card, the system will immediately process authorization. Do not power off or close the screen during this time; if you close or interrupt the screen during purchase, the transaction will be canceled automatically. Network congestion may require waiting more than 60 seconds; please be patient. After a successful order, a success message will appear on the website or be sent by email (free email services may fail to receive messages).
8.Ticket Pickup Notes
- All tickets are bearer instruments without the holder’s name. Please keep them safe. If tickets are lost or damaged, contact the Billboard Live TAIPEI customer service mailbox at ticket@billboardlivetaipei.tw.
- The Platform does not provide paper tickets—e-tickets only. Purchases require membership status; non-members cannot purchase.
- No address entry is required on the Platform. The name, phone number, email address, and date of birth entered when submitting the order will be used for admission verification. After the order is established, changes to the foregoing information are not accepted.
- Once an e-ticket is transmitted to your computer or mobile device, it is deemed delivered. Use/exchange rules follow the Organizer’s rules, applicable laws, and Platform announcements.
- Please arrive on time with a valid ticket. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or conduct real-name or age verification (e.g., requiring ID).
9.The Company may refuse to sell tickets or rescind the sales contract if any of the following occurs:
- Failure to complete required procedures within the deadlines announced on the Platform.
- Failure to purchase in the manner designated by the Organizer or the Company on the Platform.
- Failure to pay within the time limit designated by the Platform/Services or payment of an incorrect amount.
- Abnormally large-volume transactions.
- Use of improper means that disrupt normal ticketing.
- Other violations of these Terms or applicable laws/regulations.
10.Exchange and refund procedures follow the Billboard Live TAIPEI Ticket Exchange and Refund Policy announced on the Platform, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
11.Do not purchase tickets via auction sites or other channels not operated or duly authorized by the Company. Tickets obtained through such channels will be deemed invalid, and the Company and the Organizer may refuse admission and will not bear any refund or compensation responsibility.
3. Newsletter and Notifications
1.Members may subscribe to the Platform’s newsletter to receive event information, ticketing previews, and marketing offers.
2.If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, click the “Unsubscribe” link in any newsletter or adjust your settings in the member area.
3.Newsletter frequency, content, and format are subject to the Platform’s announcements or actual circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions
1.All software/programs used by the Services and all content on the Platform (including but not limited to text, images, audiovisual content, logos, designs, 2.pictures, files, data, site structure, page layouts, and web design) are protected by intellectual property rights owned by the Company or other rights holders, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
3.Without the prior written consent or authorization of the Company or the lawful rights holder, no one may reproduce, distribute, adapt, repost, or use such content for commercial purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
1.Owing to variables such as client software, browser versions, location, and third-party service provider conditions (e.g., power outages or ISP interruptions), the Company does not warrant that you can successfully use the Platform or the Services in all environments (including but not limited to computer hardware, internet devices, operating systems, browser versions, or DRM mechanisms used for events). The Company does not warrant that provision of the Platform or the Services will be uninterrupted, delay-free, error-free, or free from any risk of data loss.
2.When relocating, replacing, upgrading, maintaining, or repairing the Platform’s software/hardware, the Company may suspend, delay, or interrupt all or part of the Services and may notify via website announcement. The Platform is not liable for losses (including but not limited to lost profits and direct or indirect damages) arising during suspension/delay/interruption caused by system maintenance, third-party attacks, force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, explosions, demonstrations/riots/protests, statutory infectious diseases/epidemics, strikes, changes in law), or other events beyond the Company’s reasonable control (including but not limited to sudden failures or stoppage of software/programs used by the Services, third-party provider products, suspension of public facilities, network failures, or events caused by malicious third parties).
3.The Company does not warrant that content related to the Platform or the Services (including but not limited to webpages, servers, domains, emails, or other transmitted content) is free of harmful elements (including but not limited to computer viruses or trojans) or free from interference or interruption; nor can it guarantee that data (including but not limited to emails, files, or information) transmitted or stored through the Services is always accurate and error-free. Where data transmission/storage failures, interruptions, errors, or losses are not caused by the Company’s willful misconduct, the Company bears no liability. The Company also does not warrant the accuracy, continuity, or completeness of data you upload or store on the Platform.
4.Entities selling or promoting via the Platform or linked websites do not imply any partnership, employment, or similar relationship with the Company or the Platform. The Company makes no warranties and assumes no responsibility for content viewed, software/data downloaded, or products/services provided by other websites accessed via the Services.
6. Privacy Policy
1.You agree that personal data retained during your use of the Platform or the Services may be collected, processed, stored, transmitted, and used by the Company within the scope permitted by law, including to provide other information or services to users, compile member statistics, conduct research on online behavior, or other lawful uses.
2.The Platform will collect, process, use, and protect member/user data in accordance with Taiwan’s personal data protection laws and the Platform’s Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully; it forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Amendments and Governing Law
1.The Company may amend these Terms at any time; amendments will be announced on the website or notified by email.
2.If you continue to use the Services after amendments, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised content.
3.If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
4.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taipei District Court, Taiwan, shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
