To safeguard the rights of our audiences ahead of the grand opening of Billboard Live TAIPEI in late autumn 2025, we have formulated and officially released the “Ticket Refund & Exchange Policy” (v1.0.1 - 2025.09.17) in accordance with the Ministry of Culture’s regulations.
This policy applies to performances organized and sold by Billboard Live TAIPEI and outlines rules for refunds, exchanges, and cancellations, including:
- Refunds: Tickets may be refunded within 3 days of purchase with a 5% handling fee. Refund requests after 3 days will not be accepted.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are treated as refunds. Please refund your ticket and repurchase if you wish to change seats or performance dates.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed within 30 days after approval and returned via the original payment method.
