Performance Introduction
Internationally acclaimed bass virtuoso Nathan East brings his brand-new project Father Son to Taiwan for the first time in years! This time, he takes the stage together with his son, the brilliant young pianist Noah East, showcasing a cross-generational musical bond like no other. With special guests Jack Lee (guitar) and Donald Barrett (drums), they will make their long-awaited debut at Billboard Live TAIPEI on Thursday, November 20, 2025, for one unforgettable night of two exclusive shows.
Recognized as one of the world’s most respected jazz and pop session bassists, Nathan East has collaborated with legends such as Eric Clapton, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, and Daft Punk. His soulful, refined playing has earned him the reputation of being one of the most irreplaceable voices in contemporary music. Sharing the stage, Noah East brings the creativity and imagination of the younger generation through his piano and keyboards, adding a heartfelt emotional depth to this father-son performance.
The concert will center around their latest album Father Son, blending elements of jazz, soul, and pop to create a resonant musical dialogue across generations.
